A Fayetteville native, Mike Colvin was born to the late Henry Mitchell Colvin Sr. and Elva “Tina” Colvin, the founders of Colvin Funeral Homes of Fayetteville and Lumberton, North Carolina. As a practicing licensed funeral service professional, Mike brings years of experience by serving families throughout the community for over 20 years. Mike serves in the community daily in his leadership roles at Colvin Funeral Homes and Paye Memorial Funeral Establishment. Additionally, Mike maintains active roles as a political advisor, political strategist, and policy advisor to various elected officials, professional organizations, and community leaders. Mike is a proud Duke University graduate and a faithful member of the Simon Temple AME Zion Church, where he serves as a devoted member of the Steward Board and the Lay Council Ministries.
